Print these documents and use them to keep track of which exercises you are doing, or have done. Use another exercise/notebook to keep notes on progress, thoughts, questions. (Just a regular school coil notebook is fine). Bring these records and notes with you to appointments.

However, if you are curious, feel free to look at them. If you find something of interest, you can make a request to have the item developed as a priority. Finally, you can expect other exercises that are not listed here to appear over time.
